Bio

Hi. I'm Yas. I'm a 26 year old architect and designer from Lebanon. My LJ is a place where I rant and complain about work and sometimes a bit about politics and other stuff in RL, enjoy and share everything about my favorite tv shows and sports teams and occasionally post a random wallpaper, icon or fanfic. Work

I've wanted to be an architect ever since before I can remember. And I did that. It's been great to be able to study and work in something that I absolutely love. I work at a design studio called Polypod. We work on architecture, interior, graphic design, branding etc... and have won a few awards for our work. It's been amazing to work under someone who I consider a role model and a teacher of the highest caliber. Problem is, he has a partner. That is who I bitch about constantly because she makes me suicidal, homicidal and pronuclear.

Friends

My flist are among the most incredible people I have ever met. They make me laugh, smile, cry, dance and sing. They are there for me when I need them. They are all so different and all so sspecial and unique, and they are the world to me. I love you all.

Faith

I know many see this as a touchy subject, but I am proud of my faith and hope to be a proper and positive ambassador of it. I am a Muslim, and my religion is a very important part of my life

Jack and Kate

Jack Shephard and Kate Austen. The beautiful, tumultuous and epic journey of love, friendship, trust, hope and redemption.

There's just this something special about those two that makes me cling to their every moment, every little interaction, every stolen glance and every longing look.

They manage to bring the best in each other and are in a constant struggle to become better for each other. They are each others' constants. And one is always there to help the other up if they fall.

Their journey is inspiring and intense. From their team work and friendship, their disagreements, their flirtings, their heartbreaks, their sacrifices, promises, secrets, drama, break ups, fights, angst, jokes, smiles, laughs etc... and to when they realize that their paths will always lead to each other, and when they give in to the love, yearning and need, Jack and Kate are the epitome of the epic love story.

you reached in and stole my very soul; in the best possible way.

What I want is to be needed. What I need is to be indispensable to somebody. Who I need is somebody that will eat up all my free time, my ego, my attention. Somebody addicted to me. A mutual addiction.
